C and S Lab Management Services

C and S Lab Management Services is a clearing house that collects specimens for many different labs. C and S specializes in COVID testing, CGX (Cancer Genomics Screening), PGX (Pharmacogenetics Genomics) and Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Parkinson’s Diseases.

The test is facilitated through a non-invasive buccal swab that is collected and returned to the laboratory for processing. Once the lab receives the swab, the test is performed by a Medical Professional. The results are then reviewed by a Genetic Counselor who then contacts the patient to read the results to the patient.
